Cathal Divilly is the CEO of the Great Place to Work® Institute and has been with the organisation since it first launched into the Irish market over twenty years ago. This year in Ireland, over 65,000 responses were received to the Great Place to Work® survey.
Cathal has been fortunate enough to work with many different leaders from a multiplicity of industries in supporting them in building and sustaining a high-trust workplace. He spends a lot of his time out with leadership teams advising them on how to make improvements to their culture and attract the best talent. Part of his role is also building partnerships for his organisation along with growing a community of practice and developing a knowledge exchange between clients. Before joining the Institute, Cathal earned a degree in Marketing and went on to obtain a Masters in Strategic Management from DIT.
Cathal is a sporting fanatic. Hurling is his number one game, followed closely by a developing obsession with golf.
David is Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand for Workhuman®, the world’s fastest-growing integrated Social Recognition® platform. Based out of Ireland, David has been intimately involved in recruiting at scale for the global technology sector for 20 years. He has been an adviser to many successful scaling organisations on their talent acquisition and brand strategies, and the evolution and impact of culture in the modern workplace
Audrey joined Cisco Ireland in 2021 as the Engagement Leader (People, Culture & Operations) based in Galway. As a seasoned International HR & Engagement expert,, she has extensive experience building & sustaining technology-driven sites leveraging a strong employee base and engendering company culture. She has designed and delivered successful people and culture programmes in global and hybrid employee environments. She has a passion for putting the employee experience at the centre of everything she does as she believes people are the heart of an organisation. Audrey holds a Degree in Commerce, CIPD certified, and is a board member of Women of Cisco Ireland & UK & an advisory board member of itag (a non-for-profit tech association in the west of Ireland).

He is also founder of Talent Summit, one of the largest HR Leadership conference series in the world that has become the meeting place of the future of work in Europe. With a deep interest in transatlantic trade, Robert leads an annual trade mission to the US that sees 100+ CEOs travel from Europe to boost Transatlantic trade. Robert also co-founded and leads the Boston College Ireland Business Council, one of the most respected transatlantic CEO networks.
Alfonso is a seasoned HR Leader with +20 years of experience in Strategy, Talent Management, Culture and Business Transformation.
Alfonso has held a variety of international roles in different multinationals. Started his career in strategic HR consulting before moving to British American Tobacco where he held several roles that brough his to Amsterdam where he became the Talent Development Lead for Western Europe in 2010.
He then joined HEINEKEN in 2013 as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, leading amongst other initiatives the evolution of HEINEKEN's International Graduate Programme and the launch of our first-ever and award-winning employer brand Go Places in 2017. After that he moved to Panama where he acted as People Director for 4 years before relocating to Ireland in 2021 as People Director for the Irish business.
Alfonso is passionate about people and brands. In his free time, he loves cooking, travelling and spending good times with his family.
