Who is eligible for Great Place to Work®’s Best Workplaces™ lists?
To be eligible for our Best Workplaces™ Programme, you will need a minimum of 20 employees and be Great Place to Work Certified™, and for large organisations, to submit the Culture Audit™, an in-depth assessment of workplace practices and programmes.
How are the Best Workplaces™ lists selected?
The Best Workplaces™ lists recognise the top Certified™ organisations in Ireland, using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis. To be considered for a Best Workplaces™ recognition, participating organisations are required to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work in Ireland first, and for large organisations, to submit the Culture Audit™, an in-depth assessment of workplace practices and programmes. From here, only the top-performing Certified companies who pass a stringent assessment of their company culture and employee experience are recognised as Best Workplaces.
What is the criteria for an organisation wanting to participate in your Best Workplaces™ Programme?
Once an organisation is Certified™, it is automatically considered for our Best Workplaces™ recognitions.

Is there an investment required to become a Best Workplace™?
For organisations interested in our Best Workplaces™ programme, being Certified™ is a prerequisite for eligibility. If your organisation is already Certified™, there is no additional investment to be considered for the Best Workplaces™ list. However, if your organisation is not yet Certified™, an investment will be required to complete the Certification process and have the opportunity to then gain eligibility for our Best Workplaces programme.
What happens if we don't make a list?
We never disclose the names or results of any organisation who does not receive recognition, but rather offer to support these organisations to improve their employee experience and achieve better results in the future.

We provide your leadership team provided with detailed survey results and actionable insights, ensuring a clear understanding of your organisation's culture strengths and opportunities. We provide bespoke consultancy which enables individual organisations to make continuous improvements based on key data and insights that target their unique set of needs at any given time. All our clients are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Project Manager to help with every step of the process in moving from good to great, including post-survey support.
