    How to Qualify:
    To be considered for any recognition as a Best Workplace™, participating organisations are required to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work first. The Certification™ is the first step towards any Great Place to Work recognition. The certification process can be completed in just six weeks! If you're already Certified™ in Ireland, you’re automatically eligible for this recognition - no additional steps are required.

    Using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis, this recognition will serve as a key differentiator to highlight these organisations as employers of choice in an increasingly competitive talent market.
