Company Overview CIE Holding Company, the parent company of the Group, is responsible for the overall governance of the Group in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies and the expectations of our shareholder, the Minister of Transport, managing the financial sustainability of the CIÉ Group, managing the Groups property portfolio and finally providing a range of specialist professions support services within the Group. These include, managing the CIÉ Group's property, information technology infrastructure and application services, internal audit, claims, insurance and risk management, specialist legal services, treasury managment, pension scheme administration.
