We can only do this as well as we do by having great people who work for us. We are committed to providing a range of initiatives that the continually strengthen our working environment but also strengthen the wider community that we work and live in. We run a number of charitable events throughout the year supporting local and national charities that are important to our people. All our people can avail of 2 days each year to volunteer with a charity organisation;;At Cpl, our core values define who we are and what is important to us as a business. The event is an opportunity to celebrate our successes and honour those employees who best illustrated our core values.Our Sports and Social club is a great way to interact with colleagues outside of work, with football and tag rugby examples of the initiatives. It also ensures discounts for work nights out, as well as other events held throughout the year;
