Company Overview ENERCON has operated in Ireland since 1998. The Irish Headquarters was formally established in Tralee in 2010, and ENERCON now has more than 200 people employed throughout the Island with service station bases in Enniscorthy, Thurles, Millstreet, Bantry, Tralee, Newcastle West, Ennis, Moycullen, Ballina, Collooney, Burt, Donegal Town, Coleraine and Omagh, as well as a branch office located in Santry, Co. Dublin. Today, over 670 ENERCON wind turbines representing more than 1.5 GW of installed capacity produce clean energy on the island of Ireland. With a market share of 21%, ENERCON is looking forward to building on these figures over the coming years.
