Culture Overview
We don’t believe that culture can be created in a boardroom by senior management, instead, we feel it is best represented through the experience of all employees in our organisation. Harnessing the power of our differences, we consulted with employees across the business to identify and define our core values in 2019. Our core values embed the ways in which we want all employees, at all levels of the organisation, to interact and collaborate with each other and our clients.

In addition to health, dental and pension we also have year-round events that we playfully refer to as the Big 4. To start off a new year, we have our annual Kick off where we set the tone for the coming year and the plans that each department has for the next 12 months. This is then followed by our renowned Summer party, Campus weekend away and then to close the year off nicely, we have our annual Christmas Party. During the pandemic, our Big 4 became the silent memories and future motivator, but the fun did not stop! We got to enjoy virtual step challenges, received surprises in the post from hoodies and t-shirts to desk fans and cupboard treats.We work hard, but we reward ourselves too!
