Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa began life more than 40 years ago as a 4 bedroomed bed and breakfast run by Mary and Dick (RIP) Fitzgerald as a way to supplement their farming income.  Today, it is an 92-room award-winning four-star hotel employing more than 200 people. Mary is joined by her four children, David, Elaina, Conor and Richard and daughter-in-law Orla, all of whom play a role in the management and development of the resort. The resort is located just outside the beautiful village of Adare and is situated on 44 acres of organic private grounds and landscaped gardens.
