The National Cancer Registry of Ireland (NCRI) is a population-based registry established in 1991 to collect, classify, and analyse data on all new cancer cases in Ireland. Funded by the Department of Health, NCRI provides vital statistics to support cancer research, public health planning, and service evaluation. It publishes annual reports and disseminates insights to improve patient care and outcomes. NCRI data informs policy, tracks cancer trends, and supports epidemiological studies. With over 30 years of data, NCRI plays a key role in reducing the impact of cancer and enhancing survivorship across Ireland
