Culture Overview

Having the right culture is extremely important to us at the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. In 2022, following work with our strategic team, we launched our ODR Collection Culture Code. The Culture Code is based on our three pillars of 'Customer Experience, Employee Experience, and Standards of Excellence.'It has instilled a sense of pride amongst our employees as the code is built on the ethos of mutual respect for each other and our valued customers; We thrive on creating an environment where team members are allowed to be empowered and flourish;We wholeheartedly believe in listening to feedback from all of our teams as it is only when the entire team comes together that we achieve success. We will continue to invest in our culture as we proudly grow together as a collection. Seeing our team members interact and engage with our guests is what inspires us, we are in the business of hospitality and our guests are at its core. We are proud to have so many returning guests come back to the Collection time and time again;We are warm and innovative in our approach. Quite simply, we know we have an amazing team and it's by nurturing and empowering this team that they strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
