Our values of Be Brave, Be Excellent, and Be Respectful are the principles and;beliefs that drive all of our behaviours and actions within WaterWipes. Our values were derived by engaging with our employees and asking them “What values and behaviours matter to you and what are you most passionate about”. We continuously review how are values resonate with employees and with business goals. Included in the strategic review process described earlier we ensured our values continue to remain current and continue to guard the actions and behaviours we expect to see within our business, this is the ‘WaterWipes Way’.The WaterWipes WayWe express our values through short statements and examples that help us understand how we can display actions and behaviours ur values. We challenge ourselves every day to ensure that our values are truly living and breathing throughout our business.
