Company Overview West Cork Distillers, founded in 23 by John O’Connell, Denis McCarthy, and Ger McCarthy, has grown to a team of over 13 people. Known for its entrepreneurial spirit and passion for both the science and art of distilling, the company produces premium whiskey, gin, and vodka. With a focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and sustainability, we offer production, bottling, and custom beverage development services for global clients. Exporting to over 7 countries, we aim to become the largest independent Irish whiskey distillery by 225, while supporting our local community and driving sustainable growth.
